Huntsville NCMA President | Brandy Little is a Contract Administrator at COLSA Corporation and serves as COLSA’s Government Property Administrator. With nearly 10 years of experience supporting a broad range of federal acquisition programs through contract and grant administration. Her expertise includes the administration and management of Firm-Fixed Price (FFP), Time-and-Materials (T&M), Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee (CPFF), and Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts across multiple federal agencies. Throughout her career, Brandy has supported contracts and programs for the U.S. Department of Defense (DoD), U.S. Army, National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA), Missile Defense Agency (MDA), Defense Logistics Agency (DLA), and General Services Administration (GSA). She possesses a strong working knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS), with experience navigating complex contractual requirements, ensuring compliance, supporting proposal and negotiation efforts, and building strong partnerships with government and industry stakeholders. Prior to transitioning into government contracting, Brandy gained valuable experience administering state and federal grants, further strengthening her expertise in regulatory compliance, funding administration, and program oversight. |

Huntsville NCMA Vice President Education | Meaghan Clark is a highly experienced Government Contracts Manager with over 17 years of experience in federal contracting. Since her career began in 2009, she has built a comprehensive background in contracts, subcontracts, business development, program management, proposal development, and closeouts. She has extensive experience working with various Department of Defense (DoD) services, as well as civilian agencies such as the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), NASA, the Veterans Administration (VA), the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA), MDA and others. Her work spans both commercial and international contracts, and she is highly knowledgeable in navigating the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS), and General Services Administration (GSA) guidelines. |

Huntsville NCMA Vice President of Programs | Sara Walker CPCM, is a Senior Contracts Manager with PCI Federal, the federal government contracting division of the Poarch Creek Indians, providing contract leadership across affiliated companies including Media Fusion, PCI Productions, PCI Native Solutions, multiple joint ventures, and mentor-protégé initiatives. With more than 25 years of experience in federal government contracting, she provides strategic contract leadership across complex acquisition environments supporting the Department of Defense, NASA, and commercial customers. |

Huntsville NCMA Vice President of Membership | Jessica Tucker is a Contracts Administrator for Systems Planning Analysis in Huntsville, Alabama. She also currently serves as a Brand Ambassador and is active in the Young Professionals Resource Group. She has been working in government contracting field for 6 years. She has been an active member of NCMA since 2021 and most recently served as a Committee Chair of Sponsorship. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Management from the University of Alabama in Huntsville. Additionally, she obtained her Certified Contract Management Associate (CCMA) certification through NCMA in December of 2024. She believes in continual learning and is looking forward to serving as the VP of Membership for the NCMA Huntsville Chapter. |

Huntsville NCMA Secretary | Kristy Powell is a versatile business professional with 17 years of experience, 11 of which are rooted in the government contracting industry. She currently serves as Subcontracts Administrator at PeopleTec, Inc., where she manages cradle-to-grave subcontracts across multiple contract types, ensures FAR/DFARS compliance and proper flow-down, and maintains audit-ready files for DCAA, DCMA, and CPSR review. Her prior roles provided broad exposure to the full ecosystem of small business operations, spanning subcontract administration, prime contract management, GSA Schedule administration, proposal support, program control, HR operations, payroll, executive leadership support, and corporate communications. Kristy holds a B.S. in Business Management, an Earned Value Management Certificate, and a CMMI Associate designation. She currently serves as Social Media Chair for the NCMA Huntsville Chapter. She is passionate about advancing in the contract management profession and eager to serve the NCMA Huntsville community in a greater capacity by connecting with and supporting fellow contracting professionals. |

Huntsville NCMA Treasurer | Kim Rodriguez is a dedicated Procurement Specialist at CGI, where she applies her extensive expertise in contract administration and procurement to ensure compliance and efficiency in all operations. She holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Maryland Global Campus and a master’s in business administration with a focus on Federal Contracting and Procurement Management from the University of Alabama Huntsville. Since joining the NCMA Huntsville Chapter in 2021, Kim has actively contributed to its initiatives, fostering professional growth and collaboration among its members. Her commitment to the chapter is further demonstrated by her role as Treasurer, a position she has held since July 2024. In this capacity, Kim manages financial records and budgets, ensuring the chapter's fiscal health and supporting its mission to advance the profession of contract management.
Kim's career is marked by meticulous attention to detail, adept multitasking, and effective time management, which she applies to maintain accurate records and facilitate smooth procurement operations. She is passionate about fostering collaboration and teamwork, actively engaging with colleagues to enhance the work environment and drive collective success. |

Huntsville NCMA Assistant Treasurer | Melissa Jones is the Founder and Principal Consultant of Ally Compliance Solutions, LLC, providing contract management, compliance, and program control consulting to government contractors. With more than 20 years of experience in federal contracting, she has built extensive expertise in contracts administration, pricing, program controls, accounting, and regulatory compliance across the full contract lifecycle. Throughout her career, Melissa has supported contracts for the U.S. Department of Defense (DoD), the Missile Defense Agency (MDA), U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), General Services Administration (GSA), the U.S. Army, and other federal agencies. Her experience includes Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP), Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee (CPFF), Time-and-Materials (T&M), Cost-Reimbursement, and Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts, with deep knowledge of the FAR, DFARS, and government contractor compliance. Prior to founding Ally Compliance Solutions, Melissa held progressive leadership roles, including Contracts Manager and Director of Contracts and Program Control, where she led contracts, program controls, and compliance functions supporting complex federal programs. She is passionate about helping government contractors strengthen compliance, improve operations, and successfully navigate the evolving federal acquisition environment. |
