Huntsville NCMA President | Megan Clark is the Government Contracts Manager for BMSS. Meaghan Clark is a highly experienced Government Contracts Manager with over 16 years of experience in federal contracting. Since her career began in 2009 with Camber Corporation, she has built a comprehensive background in contracts, subcontracts, business development, program management, proposal development, and closeouts. She has extensive experience working with various Department of Defense (DoD) services, as well as civilian agencies such as the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), NASA, the Veterans Administration (VA), the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA), MDA and others. Her work spans both commercial and international contracts, and she is highly knowledgeable in navigating the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS), and General Services Administration (GSA) guidelines. |

Huntsville NCMA President-Elect | Brandy Little is a Contract Administrator at COLSA Corporation and also serves as COLSA’s Government Property liaison. She has more than eight years’ experience in the contract management arena and during her career, has administered government subcontracts, contracts, grants, and is well versed in agreement negotiation. She earned her bachelor’s degree from Athens State University in Business Management with a concentration in Acquisition and Contract Management. |

Huntsville NCMA Vice President Education | Jennifer Dean is the Assistant Vice President of Contracts at Radiance Technologies, Inc.. Jennifer has over 18 years of experience in Department of Defense (DoD) contracting spread across multiple disciplines including contract administration, subcontract management, pricing and proposal development. Ms. Dean is a skilled negotiator involving the most complex FAR, and DFAR clauses as well as experience with the application of ITAR and EAR regulations She holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from the University of Alabama in Huntsville and a Master's degree in Acquisition and Contract Management from the Florida Institute of Technology. Jennifer is an active member of the National Contract Management Association (NCMA), Huntsville Chapter. |

Huntsville NCMA Vice President of Programs | Brendan Kelly spent 15 years with Verizon Wireless in Various roles; from leading teams of 20+ employees to Data Management and negotiating with suppliers on behalf of the company. He just completed his first year as a detail-oriented Contracts Administrator managing contract lifecycle processes, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating agreements. Skilled in ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements while maintaining clear communication between stakeholders. Brendan is adept at supporting contract execution and maintaining organized records to facilitate smooth business operations. In addition, Brendan has dipped into the Business Development role and is integral to all of his company’s NDA and Teaming Agreement strategies. |

Huntsville NCMA Vice President of Membership | Tracy Lee is a seasoned government contracts professional with over 20 years of experience supporting numerous federal agencies. Currently the Contracts Group Leader at CFD Research Corporation, Tracy brings expertise in federal acquisition, contract administration, proposal support, subcontracts management, document control standardization, compliance, and safety. Known for her meticulous attention to detail and operational insight, Tracy is a trusted authority in the contracting community. Additionally, Tracy is a Certified Federal Contracts Manager (CFCM) who has been a member of the Huntsville NCMA chapter since 2005 where she has served in several roles. |

Huntsville NCMA Secretary | Jennifer "JJ" Halverson has been an invaluable asset to The Tolliver Group, Inc. (TTGI) since joining the organization in December 2015. Serving as the Contracts Manager, she has consistently demonstrated an exceptional aptitude for data capture and organization, earning her the endearing title of "Keeper of All Things." Her multifaceted skills, meticulous attention to detail, and unwavering commitment to maintaining a structured and efficient contract management system have played a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of TTGI, embodying the spirit of excellence that defines the company. Throughout her tenure with TTGI, JJ has taken on diverse responsibilities, including contract and subcontract administration, proposal coordination, program analysis, and technical writing. Prior to her role at TTGI, she built a successful career in Retail Management, where she excelled in customer service and visual merchandising. Her ability to strike a harmonious balance between these critical aspects of retail operations showcased her versatility as well as a keen understanding of business dynamics. |

Huntsville NCMA Treasurer | Kim Rodriguez is a dedicated Procurement Specialist at CGI, where she applies her extensive expertise in contract administration and procurement to ensure compliance and efficiency in all operations. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Maryland Global Campus and a Master’s in Business Administration with a focus on Federal Contracting and Procurement Management from the University of Alabama Huntsville.
Since joining the NCMA Huntsville Chapter in 2021, Kim has actively contributed to its initiatives, fostering professional growth and collaboration among its members. Her commitment to the chapter is further demonstrated by her role as Treasurer, a position she has held since July 2024. In this capacity, Kim manages financial records and budgets, ensuring the chapter's fiscal health and supporting its mission to advance the profession of contract management.
Kim's career is marked by meticulous attention to detail, adept multitasking, and effective time management, which she applies to maintain accurate records and facilitate smooth procurement operations. She is passionate about fostering collaboration and teamwork, actively engaging with colleagues to enhance the work environment and drive collective success.
Driven by a desire to make a positive impact, Kim aligns her work with ethical conduct, innovation, and team well-being.
